So I finished grilling up my chicken. This is my protein source for the week. It practically finishes off all of my meals for the week. All of my meals just prepped right here. I Tupperware my sweet potatoes so that it’s all done, got my eggs for the morning – I’m all set. So in just a few hours, I prepped just about all of my meals for the entire week. It is cost effective. It doesn’t cost much money to buy the stuff and cook it. You just devote a few hours. It is obviously a real benefit for you to get into this habit.
