The folks at Princeton administered a test to see how their students would perform. They took half of the students and said, “We need to see your ability, we need to gauge if you really belong here.” And so what do you think was going on amongst the students? They were living in a threatening, fearful mode. They took the other half of students, and they said, “We are administering a test. Just a heads up, very few people in the world can solve these questions, but you are the cream of the crop – some of the brightest kids in the land. We think that a bunch of you can solve these.” How do you think they did?
