You have to focus on and win the small. One of the very first speeches that I did, I said you can’t expect to run a Fortune 500 company if you can’t clean the dishes right. You have to learn how to win the small. You have to learn how to be successful in the nitty gritty – in the tiny little details – before you can ever be successful at the big things in life. You have to aim small because then you miss small. So you have to do the small things right, and then you can do the big things right.
