I am going to run you through a quick crash course here of training and nutrition so you know exactly how to approach it, so you can get the body that you want. There are three different body types so to speak. We have Ectomorph, Mesomorph, and Endomorph. Each has their pros and cons we are going to discuss in a little bit, and you are going to fall into one of these three categories. How you approach your training and nutrition is going to be dependent on your goals and whether you fall into a certain category.
