So the 80/20 rule basically dictates that 20% of the work is producing 80% of results. So 20% of the work and 80% of your time is being devoted to things that are not really producing revenue. The 20% of your work that we are talking about is revenue generating, and I want you to write down all of the activities and split up all the activities that are producing max results here. This is where your focus needs to go. Write down all the lesser important stuff that is going on that is sucking your time. Delegate this out so you can focus on what’s important.
