Bite the bullet one night and say I am going to go to bed a little earlier. I may have lost three hours today, but that is only because I formed bad habits for years. So instead of going to bed at two o’clock I am going to try to go to bed at ten tonight, and then let me wake up. Maybe I will wake up earlier right, at five o’clock in the morning, and now you are on track. Now you are on a different path, and now it is a matter of commitment and discipline to be able to stay there.
