Anytime that we feel bothered by something it comes down to this: we feel a sense of loss. Maybe things in your life aren’t measuring up to the way that you envisioned. And you feel like you lost something, which then leads to us feeling hurt, but usually what happens is we go straight to hurt. We don’t even realize that we lost something. Then you get angry, and this is usually a direct shot – something happens and we go straight to anger. We are hurt by it because we lost our pride, we lost our ego, and we lost our respect. Then when anger really manifests deep, then it turns into depression.
