Stop asking yourself why you have negative thoughts. You can’t fight the negative energy and expect to win. You can’t stop a punch without your hand hurting. However, if you use the punch’s momentum you can carry it where you want to go. Dance with your fear. Interact with it. Tell it that you are grateful for bringing forward the awareness that you forgot about and tell it reasons why you will still proceed despite understanding the risk. Watch it fade away much faster than denying the fear.
