At a certain temperature, water transforms into steam. We also will experience a state change if we boil over with too much stress. Every time you get frustrated or angry, it’s raising your temperature slightly. Most people just suppress how they want to express themselves.
Until you grow to the point where you can master your emotions by finding the higher meaning and purpose in all things, you will feel like you want to take your anger out on other people. While this is not a true form of honest expression, releasing the pent up energy is necessary. While you want to be heard and respected, you do not want to hurt someone back in the process. A proper way to release this negative energy will be in avenues that require explosive energy. Hit the boxing bag. Scream out in your car. Do intense sprints. Hit the bed with a pillow as hard as you can until your exhausted. Do something to bring your temperature back down.
