Here’s a routine I follow.
Morning routine:
Wake up at 5 am. Read, Workout, Breakfast, Plan.
Typical morning work stuff including playing catch-up / Answering emails / Social media posts / Customer service / Update email marketing lists / Write articles / Study / Client calls
Once 12 hits, that’s where the meat of my day begins. I’ll give you a little preview of what I do.
MONDAY – FOCUS: MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS/ MOTIVATION
TUESDAY – FOCUS: DEMONSTRATE EXPERT IN FIELD/ FITNESS PRODUCT & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
WEDNESDAY – FOCUS: MINDSET PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
THURSDAY – FOCUS: MINDSET MARKETING
FRIDAY – FOCUS: CATCH-UP & GROWTH STRATEGY
WEEKENDS – Work but emphasis on going with flow and what I want to work on rather than abiding by a schedule
